A spending race, not a fight. Every point comes from using up something you already own — cores, hero shards, speed-ups. No troops, no heroes, no enemy.

Save your cores, shards and speed-ups before the event, then spend them all during it. Three Advanced Forticlad Cores alone are enough for the full 10,000.

An Advanced Forticlad Core is worth 15 normal ones — or 12½ hours of speed-ups. It’s the one item most worth saving for the event.

Speed-ups all count the same. Construction, research and troop training are 5 points a minute each, so only the number of minutes you use matters, not the type.

An Epic Hero Shard is worth exactly the same as a Forticlad Core — 250 apiece. A Rare shard is worth 75 points, an Epic shard 250 and a Legendary shard 625, so higher-rarity shards are worth much more.

Collecting Rating is the weakest option at 15 per point — you would need 667 of them. Take the points if they come, but don’t plan around it.

The whole event is about timing

Everything on the list is something you use up. So the event rewards progress you were going to make anyway — but only if you make it during the event.

Spend a Forticlad Core outside the event and you get the same building upgrade but zero points. So the trick is simply to wait: save your cores, Hyperalloy, hero shards and speed-ups until the event starts, then spend them all.
