Your Alliance
How joining, ranks, help, donations and alliance chests work. Most of this runs every day, so small habits add up.
Helping pays 40 Alliance Coins a time, up to 4,000 a day. Use all 30 donation charges, and donate to the recommended tech for 20% more.
Creating and joining
- •Creating an alliance costs 800 Diamonds, and is free from Warden’s Office Lv.18. Joining for the first time pays 400 Diamonds.
- •Members: 50, plus up to 53 more from the Alliance Expansion techs.
- •Alliance levels: 12, needing 37.9M alliance EXP in total.
- •The first rename is free; after that 400, 600 and +200 per change, up to 4,000 Diamonds.
- •The whitelist holds up to 100 people, who can rejoin without review and get their old rank back.
Ranks
- •R5 can do everything, including disband, hand over leadership and build the HQ.
- •R4 can manage members, ranks, announcements, polls, buildings, flags, Land Markers and technology, and use Territory Missiles.
- •R1–R3 can only see members and leave; R2 and R3 can also use group chat.
- •The game suggests promoting a member to R4 when they are in the alliance’s top 20 by Power and have been active for 3 days.
An inactive leader
The Impeach button appears once the leader has been offline for 3 days (for R4 members) or 4 days (for everyone else), or is banned. On new servers with the “Revolutionary Tide” buff it is 1 day and 2 days. A leader whose daily task activity stays under 200 gets a warning after 2 days and is marked inactive after 3.

Alliance resources and the shop
The map has 6,430 resource points (Canneries, Sawmills, Steel Mills and Refineries). Each one inside your territory makes 7,200 an hour of its alliance resource. The alliance inventory holds 300,000 of each, up to 8.97M with all three Inventory Expansion techs.
Exchange (R4 and R5, up to 200,000 received a day): 2 Food or Wood → 1 of the other; 4 Food → 1 Steel; 8 Food → 1 Gasoline; 4 Steel → 1 Gasoline; 1 Gasoline → 2 Food or Wood, or 1 Steel. Helping build alliance buildings pays up to 8,000 Alliance Coins a day.
Alliance Shop: the daily shop shows 12 items and the weekly shop 7–8, with more columns from Alliance Lv.3, 5 and 7 (daily) and Lv.7 and 9 (weekly). Each item can come up at full price, 40% off or 70% off; a 1-hour speed-up costs 52,000, 32,000 or 16,000 coins.
Elite Prisoners
Sixteen elite prisoners, each levelled to Lv.15, give permanent bonuses. You unlock them by clearing Arrest Operation stages.
Spark, Scorpion, Barbarian and Cobra give +30% Troops DEF, ATK, HP and Lethality at Lv.15. Nightmare cuts enemy Troops DEF by 15%.
| Arrest stage | Prisoner | Bonus at Lv.15 |
|---|---|---|
| 3 | Night Owl | +15% Arrest damage |
| 10 | War Axe | +15% Arrest damage reduction |
| 20 | Panther | Prisoner needs fall more slowly |

| 500 | Rage Fist | +60,000 rally capacity |

| Separate boss | Thieving Gull | −15% Cash cost for upgrades |
Thieving Gull needs the item “Felon Thieving Gull Clue”, a search mini-game and a boss fight (619,619 Power). Elite cells cost Cash and Gold Cards; at Lv.30 their facilities each add +15% to one kind of Arrest idle income.
Running the Prison
The prison you manage — cells, kitchen, factory and staff — makes Cash. Higher-tier prisoners pay far more, but their needs fall faster, and if pressure builds up they riot.
Raise the prisoner tier as your Warden’s Office allows, keep needs up with staff, and match your guards and cooks to the prisoner tier.
Prisoner needs
| Need | Raised by |
|---|---|
| Hunger | Cafeteria, Kitchen (Cooks) |
| Hygiene | Shower Room, Laundry (Cleaners) |
| Health | Playground, Kitchen |
| Obedience | Surveillance Cameras |
| Fun | Cell, Cafeteria, Playground |
| Comfort | Cell, Shower Room, Laundry |
Low needs raise pressure. At full pressure the prisoners riot. Riots can only start during Work, Eat and Exercise.
The daily schedule
| Time | Activity |
|---|---|
| 00–05 | Sleep |
| 05–07 | Shower (releases and arrivals) |
| 07–11 | Work |
| 11–13 | Eat |
| 13–17 | Work |
| 17–19 | Eat |
| 19–22 | Exercise |
| 22–24 | Confinement |
Prisoner tiers
Highest tier by Warden’s Office: Lv.1–3 → 1, 4–6 → 2, 7–11 → 3, 12–14 → 4, 15–17 → 5, 18–20 → 6, 21–23 → 7, 24–26 → 8, 27+ → 9.
| Tier | Need max | Need decay | Rioter ATK | Rioter HP | Cash on arrival | Cash on release | Factory Profits |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 190 | 25 | 15 | 30 | 32 | 76 | +0% |
| 3 | 2,612 | 201 | 51 | 101 | 630 | 1,470 | +250% |
| 5 | 26,236 | 882 | 114 | 228 | 5,531 | 12,907 | +900% |
| 7 | 100,034 | 2,468 | 256 | 513 | 27,509 | 64,186 | +2,300% |
| 9 | 505,452 | 8,424 | 577 | 1,153 | 96,234 | 224,546 | +4,900% |
Staff
- •Guards fight rioters. From Lv.3, a level-N guard has the same ATK as a tier-N rioter, and 3.6 to 7.5 times its HP.
- •Cooks: a level-N cook cancels exactly the hunger decay of tier-N prisoners.
- •Cleaners clear trash and wash clothes.
- •You start with 8 guards, 4 cleaners, 4 cooks and 50,000 Cash. Higher staff levels unlock with the matching building’s level.
Factory and offline time
| Factory setting | Cash | Needs fall |
|---|---|---|
| Light | +0% | −10% |
| Medium | +50% | +60% |
| Heavy | +100% | +150% |
Offline production is capped by your Warden’s Office: 60 seconds (Lv.1–3), 1.5 hours (Lv.10), 5.7 hours (Lv.20), 12 hours (Lv.27+). Riots last up to 138 seconds; you can pay Cash to snipe rioters (the first shot is free) or call in the army.
Skins
Skins aren’t only for looks: Warden and prison skins add troop stats.
Most Warden skins give +3% troop ATK, and prison skins give +3% troop Lethality.
| Skin | Gives |
|---|---|
| Warden skins | +3% troop ATK (the four Overlord title skins +4%, one +6%) |
| Prison skins | +3% troop Lethality (Overlord Nexus +6%) |
| March skins | Faster marching on the map |
Arrest Operation
The Arrest stages use hero-squad fights instead of troop battles, like the Arena and Alliance Brawl. Here your heroes’ own ATK, DEF and HP and their Arrest skills are what count.
Squad Power above twice the enemy’s wins a stage instantly. Arrest idle income stops after 10 hours, so claim it at least that often.
How hero-squad damage works
A normal hit does ATK × ATK ÷ (ATK + DEF), then damage bonuses and reductions apply. Doubling your ATK against the same DEF makes each hit 2.67× bigger, and DEF never cuts a hit to zero. Basic attacks can crit; skills can’t. Shields soak damage first.
Arrest Operation
Enemies are real heroes: stage 400 is Lv.80 with 28 stars, and stages 450–630 are Lv.80 with 30 stars, scaled up to ×24 ATK and HP at stage 630. Recommended Power: 589,000 (stage 100), 4.6M (300), 26.9M (400), 148M (500), 356M (630). Auto battle opens after stage 4, 2× speed after 10 and Skip after 20.
| Idle income per hour | Stage 1 | Stage 100 | Stage 300 | Stage 630 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Gold Cards | 140 | 5,000 | 7,000 | 10,300 |
| Hero EXP | 10,000 | 11,980 | 15,980 | 22,580 |
| Food and Wood, each | 13,200 | 52,800 | 132,800 | 264,800 |
| Steel | 2,640 | 10,560 | 26,560 | 55,360 |
| Gasoline | 660 | 2,640 | 6,640 | 13,840 |
Income can be claimed after 10 minutes. First clears of all 630 stages pay 368M Cash, 5.0M Hero EXP, 222,920 Gold Cards and 23,760 Diamonds, and 15 of the stages unlock Elite Prisoners. Arrest-only stats (Arrest Squad damage, damage reduction and hero ATK, DEF and HP during Arrests) come from hero gear’s Lv.100/140/180 milestones, Prisoner Armor talents, Night Owl and War Axe, and satellite skills.
