Mystery Convoy

A crate-opening event, and the best source of Exclusive Equipment in the game.

You can see a crate’s rarity before you pay, and you see far more crates than you can afford to open — so never open a Common. Forklift points never expire, but Unknown Eggs do.

80
Forklift points per crate — 720 to open all nine on a board
3
Free board refreshes a day; after that a refresh costs 120
4.5
Days of daily tasks to afford one full board

Two timers, but only one can make you lose anything. The crate board runs Monday to Sunday, but the egg exchange runs Monday to Monday — that last Monday is your final chance to trade in Unknown Eggs.

Forklift points don’t expire. Unknown Eggs do. So never waste forklift points just because the week is ending — save them as long as you like. The eggs are the only thing with a real deadline, so set a reminder for that Monday.

The crate board

  • •
9 crates per board, each costing 80 forklift points — 720 to open them all.
  • •
Crates show up at random as Common, Epic or Legendary — and you can see which is which before you pay.
  • Open all nine and the board refreshes free.
  • •
3 free refreshes a day. After that a refresh costs 120.
  • ×
Quick Open costs 800 — more than the 720 it costs to open all nine yourself (if that price is in forklift points). Check before using it.

Daily tasks — where forklifts come from

Four tasks, 40 each — 160 forklift points a day, and that’s your only income.

Days to clear two boards9 — longer than the event week

You can’t clear two boards in one Monday-to-Sunday week. One board plus five crates is the most you can get, even if you do every daily task — so forklift points are what limit you, not time or effort.

How to play it — refreshes are cheap, openings are not

Never open a Common

You see about 252 crates a week but can only open 14. Since you can see the rarity before you pay, refresh past anything not worth 80 points and spend all 14 openings on Legendaries — open Epics only when there aren’t enough Legendaries.

This means two things. A paid refresh at 120 is rarely worth it, since tomorrow’s free refreshes do the same job. And clearing a whole board costs 720 for nine crates you didn’t pick, when the same points could buy nine you did pick.

What comes out of a crate

  • •
Unknown Eggs — can be traded for different items, including Exclusive Equipment. The only thing here that expires.
  • •
    Universal yellow shards
  • •
    Forticlad Cores
